When you need a trusted partner to sense-check, clarify or guide — we’re on call.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We'll set up a time for a diagnostic session or clarity call, where we’ll ask where your strategy is holding and where it isn't — where the gap between intent and execution is showing up, and where the business needs more clarity or momentum. No proposal, no pitch. If Rally is the right fit, we'll scope something from there.

  • No. Some clients come to us in the middle of a merger or restructure. Others can feel their strategy drifting six months after an offsite. Others simply know their leadership team isn't operating from shared direction. The entry point depends on where you are. The work is the same.

  • A Strategy Intensive is two to eight weeks — for organisations that need to clarify direction and sharpen their narrative quickly. A Transformation Project runs eight to twelve weeks and goes deeper, embedding alignment across the leadership team and into the organisation through narrative co-design, internal communications systems, and a structured activation plan. Advisory can be added on afterwards to ensure activation is managed effectively.

  • Consultants produce the strategy. Rally makes it hold. We work in the gap between a plan that's documented and one that's lived — building the narrative, the language and the rhythm that moves strategy from the boardroom into the organisation.

  • A Leadership Session can be a single day. A Strategy Intensive runs two to eight weeks. A Transformation Project eight to twelve. Strategic Advisory is ongoing. Every engagement is scoped to what you actually need.
