Lanna Hill is a strategist, facilitator and advisor with two decades of experience working with leaders, executive teams and boards at critical moments - when structural change, leadership transition or strategic reset demands more than a plan.

Her career has been built at the intersection of strategy, communication and leadership. She has led national commercial portfolios, built & run consultancies, advised boards and executives across almost every major sector in Australia, and worked directly with organisations navigating the full spectrum of structural change - M&A, ownership transitions, leadership succession and organisational reset.

A distinctive part of that experience is her media and executive communication background. Lanna has trained CEOs, government leaders and senior executives in high-stakes communication - media performance, crisis messaging, and the kind of public moments where how you say something matters as much as what you say. She writes a weekly column for The West Australian where strategy, leadership and reputation are examined in real-world terms.

She is the founder of Rally, a strategy and alignment consultancy, and of Leverage, a strategic communications consultancy. She is a Non-Executive Director of the Perth Children's Hospital Foundation, a committee member of The Piddington Society, and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
